About Me
Lorna McKernan
Using a variety of techniques and finding the right high quality treatment for you to help develop, maintain and cure common foot issues is the key to my success.
As I know that no two pairs of feet are the same, my friendly and knowledgeable approach is to design individual and comprehensive treatments to provide a more comfortable step.
Since training at the SMAE institute in Maidenhead in 2018, I have worked in the community as a foot health care practitioner visiting client’s homes and providing foot care in the local area. My catchment areas cover from Shoreham, along the coast to Littlehampton and north of the coast to Steyning across to Storrington. As well as working with people in their private homes, I also work with multiple care homes and a variety of residential homes, including for people with learning difficulties. Before graduating, as an FHP I was a teacher for many years and also worked in social care supporting older people and those living with dementia.
I am a member of the Open College of Foot Health Professionals (MCFHP) and a member of the British Association of Foot Health Professionals (MAFHP). I am bound by the Code of Ethics, rules of the Association and professionally insured.
I have worked in a clinic in Grand Avenue, Lancing for three years now and have enjoyed building my client- base with my knowledge, professionalism and friendly caring approach.
My particular areas of expertise include diabetic management, fungal nail infections, athlete’s foot, corn removal, verruca treatments and ingrown toenail management. I am passionate about general footcare and helping everyone to enjoy the most comfortable feet possible.

I offer a range of services to meet your needs. General footcare, toe nail cutting service, Verucca management, diabetic footcare and management, callus reduction, ingrown toe nail treatment, cracked heels, corn removal and foot wear advice.
Ear Services
I offer ear wax removal, I providing this safe and effective treatment to help you maintain your ear hygiene.
I use gentle techniques to ensure a comfortable experience, allowing you to enjoy clearer hearing and enhanced comfort.
